Unlike say Facebook or Google ads, where you can target a certain interest group or demographic, the classified ad submissions are broadly placed. One day I was looking around the members area and discovered I had $163 in commissions (at 25%) and a downline of over 200. People joined from the tools and a few of them had upgraded.
