They give you 2 ways to earn with this program.
They have a ranked affiliate program that pays up to 20% commissions on your referrals and their re-purchases.
Every AAC member starts off at the rank of Pearl and earns 10% commissions. Any member that you refer and they purchase a traffic package you would earn a 10% commissions. Commissions increase to 15% for those who do $20K in purchases and are automatically promoted to Ruby and to 20% for those who do $50K in purchases are automatically promoted to Diamond.
What I Like
The second way to earn with this program is their Activity Rewards Program (ARP) which rewards active AAC members with a chance to double your advertising spent back. Participation in this program is optional. There is no guarantee of income from this program. It rewards members for being active.
There are no membership fees and always will be free so anyone can join the club at no cost to them
The activity rewards program is like a straight line first in first out matrix. Club members with rewards position will need to perform simple activities. Specifically 5 simple daily activities and one weekly activity.
There are 4 ways to advertise first is rotating text ads on just about every page of the website. Next they graphical banner ads, login and log-off ads and solo ads.
What I Don't Like
At the present time the only way to pay and be paid is crypto currency which for some people that may be a challenge.

My experience with the program so far
This is a new program, and so far has been pretty good. They publish training videos, and host live zoom calls. There is an official Facebook group page as well as an internal social media account where you can mingle with other members. I really like that they take the time to check all reviews to ensure they are not put up in order to try and "game" the system.
What I Like
I like the fact that Local City Places is free to join for anyone. I also like the fact that you can earn income from those reviews, but you don't get paid for the reviews themselves, you get paid if the business decides to come on board as a featured business. You need to post honest reviews (good or bad), and they are all checked by a real person to ensure quality vs quantity. Think of it like Yelp or Google Reviews, but you can earn an income.
What I Dislike
The only thing I can say I dislike would be that it can take some time for a review to post, because they are all manually checked (not that this is a bad thing), so it can take a little bit of time for reviews to get posted.
Final Verdict
I would say that Local City Places is a great place to join and post honest reviews for businesses. If you post the first review, and a business decides to join as a featured business you will be paid for each and every month that business stays on board. Can you imagine having a few businesses deciding to come on board as a featured business and getting paid monthly based on that?
There is no sales, you don't have to convince anyone, or any business to come on board, all you have to do is post an honest review, good or bad, and they will take care of the rest. It's just like posting (or reading) reviews on Yelp or Google. I say why not. It really costs nothing but a few minutes, and it's free to join. It's a total win.

I have been with Evelyn Kramer at WealthBuilderHits since 2014. I ran ProfitTrek as part of the WealthBuilderTENetwork. She really WAS a WealthBuilder.

WealthBuilderHits is one of the best traffic resources, because there is always SOMEONE surfing and we pay what we owe. Were always in the Top 5 at ClickTrackProfit!
I like that WealthBuilderHits has been around from the beginning of the TE race. Evelyn has a lot of experience online. Pretty sure anyone who's anybody remembers WealthBuilderTeamCoop and CTP Teams knows that generating traffic online is about peaking interest in listbuilding and traffic generation.
So when I put sites in rotation at WealthBuilderHits, traffic actually flows and my sites get real pageviews. Membership IS growing steadfily.
Only thing I don't like about Welthbilderhits, is that there aren't more members, but one day at a time I say.
With everything going on, it can be tough to stay focused on an internet business, but that's exactly why I think that
WealthBuilderHits will continue to grow, as the leading traffic resource and commission based affilaite program.

I've been a member of The Downliner for about a month now and I would have to say that I am highly impressed. I've been involved with a few other traffic coops however The Downliner is a complete game changer.
So far I like to use the text ads, and with that I have consistently gotten over 50% click thru rate with over 5000-9000 views in a 24 hour time frame. Which has also resulted in a few sign-ups to my main businesses! Very impressive!
Ok, so what exactly is The Downliner other than AMAZING?
The Downliner is a traffic exchange coop that ultimately generates traffic to your websites. It is one of the latest breakthroughs in coop advertising and serves as an efficient and effective way of promoting while generating passive income for all members. It allows anyone to just add their website link with stats then receive traffic from many different sources including PTCs, Safelists, Traffic Exchanges, Classified Ads, CPC traffic as well as social media.
You can register as a free or paid member and can start using the platform immediately. You use points to purchase traffic/views to your websites and can earn points by either purchasing them, or promoting your own coop link.
When promoting your coop link you earn 1:1 which is 1 point per unique view.

What makes this what makes this system utterly unique is that you can advertise your sites using banners, text ads (my favorite), and because we can post our sites too in Social Media. The social posts are shown on Twitter, Facebook Groups, LinkedIn, Google Plus, and Pinterest without even having an account with them!
The Downliner have an anti-cheat system that prevents users from other traffic exchanges for using auto-surf bots to gain credits and a timer set with a recurring period valid for 5 minutes wherein views from the same surfers within that time period are not counted. These ensures that your coop views are not wasted and deductions to it are coming from unique views only from traffic exchanges.
The Downliner is attractively advertising us and The TE Coop. It displays our Gravatar photo, it shows how many points we just earned by displaying the site and it persuades the viewer to sign-up to the coop and promotes his/her ad on thousands of sites daily, just like what we are doing here.
