I've used Tesla Themes for years they look good and their themes cover a wide range of needs. While not necessarily the best, if you are trying to fit it to a specific client (you might not find something for every need) if you are building multiple sites for your own network getting the lifetime account, is well worth the investment for the number of themes you get (currently over 65). They don't seem to moderate their support forums so they are full of spam, but every time I've put in a support request it has been responded to quickly and professionally. There are many WP Theme sites out there but getting support and updates is one of the most important factors and Tesla has done that well for years. They might not be considered the best or most popular, but they are good.
