I've been using AutoWebSurf for a couple of months, and it has been steadily generating around 3000 hits per day. AutoWebSurf is an autosurf, which is a system for exchanging automatic web traffic. To set it up, you must install a special viewer program on your computer, which will automatically visit web sites by itself. AutoWebSurf has a website with a control panel, where you can log in and register your web sites, which will show up in the viewers of other AutoWebSurf users.

AutoWebSurf traffic will run Ecmascript on your pages, so it will be counted by trackers based on that, such as used by Google. There are options for setting how long you want the visits to be, from 10-60 seconds for a free account. Free accounts can also hide or set a custom HTTP referer, to simulate traffic from any desired source. Upgraded accounts also have access to a bounce reduction feature, where some internal links will be clicked.

Free accounts can run up to 5 copies of the viewer as long as they are on machines with different IP addresses, and have slots for 3 URLs. The upgrade allows up to 10 viewer sessions and 15 URL slots.

I have found AutoWebSurf to be very stable. Autosurf viewers I have used sometimes crash and require starting them again, but I can't remember the AutoWebSurf viewer having ever crashed.

On the downside, the viewer window size is very small compared to other autosurfs. If you are hoping to catch the attention of people who occasionally watch the sites as they go by, you will probably have to make a special set of splash pages. Usual splash pages won't fit. Of course, if you just want hits, this doesn't present a problem. Also, site approval is a manual process. It could take a day or so until sites you have submitted are reviewed.

If you have an unused machine in the corner, AutoWebSurf would be well suited to install there and deliver a steady supply of traffic.
