Questions about general membership
What will I receive in my email?
Being subscribed to LeadsLeap newsletter is as good as being subscribed of any
other
high value newsletters. We share with you strategies that you can use to make
more money online. Some newsletters that you subscribed to may come with ezine ads.
Same
here in LeadsLeap newsletter. The only difference is the ads in LeadsLeap
newsletters are posted by other members
and your uplines whereas in other traditional newsletters, the ads are posted by
other advertisers.
What do I do with the email you send
to me?
You read them! We strive to produce high quality newsletters to you and we hope
that you can benefit from the information in the newsletters. If you find any ad
that is interesting, check out the ad. If not, just benefit from the newsletter.
Having said that, please note that you have to click at least one ad in your
newsletter each month to keep your account active.
Is this a safelist?
No. We need to emphasize that no other members of LeadsLeap can email you, not
even the person who introduce you to this system.
Will I receive emails from my uplines?
No. No one, including your uplines, has direct access to your email. Other
members can advertise in our newsletters to you, but those ads will not be
obtrusive. They are just like other ezine ads you see in other newsletters.
Is this a forced matrix?
No. You can have as many members as possible at any level. There is no limit.
My ad has expired. Why and what should
I do?
To ensure that all the ads shown in our system are up-to-date and working, we
need you to update your ads every 14 days. Once expired, your ad will not be
shown to your downlines. To update it, just login to your account, go to “Ads To
Downline” and click update.
I received an email saying my account
is deactivated. Why and what should I do?
Undelivered emails will jam up our server and cause system failure. To ensure
that all our emails are delivered, we need our members to click at least 1 ad in
every 30 days to prove that someone is attending to the email.
My ad is not shown to my downline. Why
is that so?
There are a few possible reasons:
1) Your ad has expired. Login to your account and go to “Ads To Downline”. If
it’s expired, just update it.
2) Your account has been deactivated. To avoid this, just make sure that you
click at least 1 ad in every 30 days.
3) If your ad is not shown to just 1 downline and it appears in other downlines,
it is because we rotate your ad with our PRO members’ ads. The rotation ratio is
50-50.
Questions about PRO membership
What are the differences between PRO
members and FREE members?
1) PRO members can advertise to all the members in LeadsLeap whereas FREE member
can only advertise to their 10 levels of downlines.
2) PRO members will receive random sign-ups. FREE members will not.
3) FREE members will have to update their ads every 14 days but PRO members will
have their ads automatically updated.
4) FREE members have to click at least 1 ad in 30 days but PRO members do not
have such requirement.
If I am a PRO member, can I still post
ads to my downlines?
Yes. Your PRO member ad is different from your free ad to downlines. They are
two different systems and they work independently.
Can my PRO member ad be different from
my FREE member ad?
Yes. In fact, we encourage you to create different ads for your PRO ad and free
ad.
How many PRO member ads can I set up?
You can set up one ad per PRO member account.
Questions about our affiliate program
How does your affiliate program work?
Our referral program is built-in together with our lead generation system. This
means you are killing two birds with one stone. To learn more about our
affiliate program, click here.
Where can I find my referral link?
We are coming out with different sales pages for you to promote to different
target group. Just go to “How To Build” in your members area to get a referral
link that works for you.
How will I be paid?
All payment will be made through Paypal.
When will I be paid?
All due payments will be made in the first week of each month into your Paypal
account.
I’ve made money. Why I am not paid?
There are a few reasons.
1) The minimum payout is $100. If you do not have more than $100 due for
payment, it will be added to the next due payment.
2) Your payment may not be due for payment. Please note that payment will be due
after 2 months. This is to account for all possible refunds and prevent all
possible payment and credit card frauds.
3) You have not entered your Paypal email. Please go to “Edit My Account” to
enter your Paypal email or you will not be paid.
The system shows that I’ve been paid
but I didn’t receive the money. Why?
This is not possible unless you have entered a wrong Paypal email. Please check
your Paypal email again and contact our support as soon as possible using our
members' support ticket.
Why is there a minimum payout of $100?
That’s because we absorb all transaction charges from Paypal. In order to cover
the minimum charge, we need to impose a minimum payout.
How do you handle refunds?
All refunds will be deducted from your unpaid due payment. We won't claim any
refund from you.
