Free Rebrandable Software - Affiliate ID Manager
After 3 months of work from gathering ideas from our members to building the software, finally I’m excited to present to you our first viral software - Affiliate ID Manager.

The Purpose Of This Blog Post……
The main reason why I post it up in our blog is because I want you to post all your technical question about the software in the comments section of this post.
This is a multi-functional software and I reckon that some of you many have questions on how to use it. Instead of flooding our support emails and answering repeated questions, I thought it would be easier if you can throw all your questions here so that other savvy members or I will answer the questions here.
Of course, before posting your question, please make sure that it is not already answered.
If you know the answer to some questions, I would appreciate that you can contribute your answers.

Cannot ouput rebrander file. Error message check output directory manually! Nothing saved!
Any steps missing?
A - Steps to install the rebrander:
1) Unzip the file
2) Locate the installation file (file size is 1.36MB)
3) Double click the file
4) Click ‘Next’ all the way
5) Done.
B - Steps to rebrand the software:
1) Open the rebrander (it should open automatically once installation complete)
2) Fill in the form as instructed (details in the user manual)
3) Choose your output folder
4) Create the software.
From your question above, are you stuck in step B-4? If so, can you give me the exact error message that you see? I’ll have to check with the programmer as I’ve not seen this error message before. Also, can you tell me what Operating System you’re using?
I have the exact same installation problem as Roland has.
First message says - File cannot be found.
Then when I click on the create button I get the following Error Message:- File not found. Check output directory manually!
It would appear nothing has been saved ??

2. Can you uninstall and reinstall the installer again? It sounds like some kind of incomplete installation or it could be an OS issue in which certain file needed is not available.

OS is Windows Vista Home Premium!
Ok, both you and John use vista. John uses Vista business. My programmer will be testing the software on Vista today. I’ll keep you update on this. (Lesson #1, I should have tested it on Vista, since it’s going to be the future OS!!)

Do the inbuilt ads pay commission.
You mean the rotating text ad? Those are PRO members ads. They don’t pay commission.

Hi John and Roland,
Solutions found. You have to run the software as an Administrator. Here’s how:
- Only right click icon on desktop and select “run as Administrator” the rebrander will run without any problem.
Note: This is only if you want to rebrand the software. If you are installing the end-user version, there is no need to do so.

Good question. Run your installer, don’t insert any ad (or if you like to see your own ads, by all means add them in) and create the installer for Affiliates ID Manager. You can then install Affiliate ID Manager.
AffiliateID Mgr installed.
I have done the rebranding i.e. added my ads. Everything OK.
On my desktop I open the Affiliate ID Mgr to test the ads. Click on the ads it doesn’t load the website. Follow by error message=The requested resource is in use. Even if I clicked on the menu buttons - “Help” and “Make Money” nothing happens.
Is there some missing links?
Does Ads in Affiliate ID Mgr able to connect to WWW?
I tried uninstall & reinstall it twice but the same problem persists.

Not sure if it’s a OS problem again. Email your Rebranded Copy to support [at] leadsleap [dot] com and let me install it and try. If you can’t send it, at least give me a download link.
Again, can I ask what OS you’re using?

Hi Kenneth,
I have some ad problems with the rebranded copy.
1. The banner ad display only one(suppose to be 2) and the text ad only one (suppose to be 4).
2. The Banner gif image did not appear but when I click on the white space it connected Ok to the URL?? The text ad link is also OK.

I get the following message when I try to rebrand,
“Error while loading Banner 1 image”
I have followed the instructions posted for vista users, I even downloaded the software again and used different programs in the links but still get the same error message.
Works if I leave the banner fields empty and just fill in the link fields.

Try turning off the User Account Control (UAC) before running the rebrander. Here’s the step by step on how to do it.
1) Go to Control Panel > User Account and Family Safety > User Account
2) Click on the link “Turn User Account Control on or off”
3) Uncheck “Use User Account Control (UAC) to help protect your computer”
4) Click OK
5) Restart your computer
To turn it on, follow the same steps but check the option in Step 3.
Haven’t tried this yet .. however .. just wanted to
mention that I have already been using a program
like this for several years. This isn’t new idea.
However, other one I’d have to “pay” to add my own
banners, etcetera.

needed to be loaded from my computer and not
from the websites.

Thanks for posting this blog–very helpful!
I downloaded it and installed it.
I entered my banners and 4 links.
It generated the .exe file
I tested the output .exe file by installing it on my PC and it only showed one of my links, in the bottom left hand corner.
I tried again, this time it showed my banner at the top. But there were links in there that weren’t mine at all.
I understood that if I ran the rebrander and entered 2 banners and 4 links, that the software would contain my 2 banners and 4 links. yet it seems to show the links/banners of other people too.
The 2 banners and 4 links are rotated.
The 2 banners are rotated at the top center position.
The 4 links are rotated at the bottom left position.
What I find beneficial, is if you just setup the rebrand pack that comes inside it. The larger program that’s meant to go on your computer is just so you can monitor the ads if you’re not sure about the link setup displays as such. I’m not saying don’t do it, but if you have enough experience, you’ll be able to trust that if there were no problems with the banner sourcings or bottom links when you create the rebranded output, you’ll be good to go. I have it humming like a racecar and am just sitting back and letting it work for me by giving it away in a direct email download picture link (which I can do in Gmail easily), thereby increasing the reach of my various affiliatre enterprises.
